摘要 在外腔简谐振动条件下,研究半导体激光器的光反馈自混合干涉系统模型中的测量参数.经计算仿真分析,得到了外腔运动参数及激光器本身参数的变化对光反馈自混合信号波形的影响规律.结论表明,利用光反馈自混合干涉效应可以进行多参数传感测量. The optical feedback self-mixing model is studied when the external cavity of a semiconductor laser suffers a harmonic vibration. How the parameters associated with the external cavity movement and the laser itself affect the self-mixing signal is simulated. The simulation results show that multiple parameter sensing can be based on the optical feedback self-mixing effect.
