中原城市群地区城市就业结构变动特征分析

Analysis on Transformation of Urban Employment Structure in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration

通过对中原城市群就业结构的分析,揭示出我国中部城市就业结构的一般变动规律.目前城市群地区的工业化及城镇化水平较低,从事第一产业的就业人员还占据较大比重.各中心城市的就业结构表现为第一二产业的就业比重不断下降而第三产业逐步上升.在第三产业内部,传统性行业的就业比重趋于下降而新兴行业大幅度提升.

From analysis on transformation of urban employment structure in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration from 1992 to 2003, the paper reaches the following conclusions： Firstly, in region of urban agglomeration, the level of industrialization and urbanization is lower and the more people were employed in the primary industry. Secondly, the empolyment percentage of primary industry and secondary industry descends and it of tertiary industry is ascending in each urban; for employment structure of tertiary industry, employment percentage of traditional industry trends descending but it of rising industry ascends dramatically in recent 10 years.
