摘要
利用偏光显微镜镜检等手段,研究了14科22个属、种的双子叶植物的根-茎转变区,提出较全面的有关概念并发现数种异于一般的转变方式,根据该区的存在部位和长短以及结构特点,提出几套新的分类法:1.根型、根-下胚轴和下胚轴型;2.剧变型及缓变型;3.正常型和异常型。
The structures of root—stem transition zone of 22 species which belong to 22 genera and 14 families were researched with polarizing and common microscopy and described all—sidely.Some anomalous forms and structrues were found,too.According to location,length and structure character of their tran- sition zones,they can be classed into three types:1.root,root—hypocotyl and hypocotyl pattern;2.drastic—change and slow—change pattern;3.normal and anomalous pattern.
