摘要
本文通过实验,确定了丁苯橡胶的干燥常数,并建立了丁苯橡胶深床干燥的传热传质数学模型,利用有限差分法进行数值求解,计算得出不同深度处物料温度与含水率随时间的变化规律,以及在不同的干燥介质温度下物料含水率随时间的变化规律。
Through the experiments, the drying constant has been comfirmed in this paper, and the heat and mass transfer model of deep fixed -bed for styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) is established. The time-changing rules of material's temperature , moisture and temperature of dryness medium in the different depth have been obtained by using the finite difference method.
