摘要 煤炭拔头是采用煤炭快速热解方法获得轻质焦油、煤气产品以及半焦的多联产技术。本文通过建立下行床热解反应器的物料和热量平衡模型,计算分析了热载体温度、热解温度、被热解原煤温度对热载体循环率的影响,对煤炭拔头系统的设计和运行具有指导作用。 The coal topping process is an integrated muhiproduct process to obtain a high yield of light liquid fractions, gaseous products and coal by flash pyrolysis. The key techniques in coal topping technological system are introduced in this paper, and the balance models of material and heat quantity are set up. The effects of heat cartier temperature,pyrolysis process temperature and coal temperature on the circulating ratio of heat carrier are analyzed, These results will contribute to design and ooeration of coal topping technological system.
