本文对空气压缩机气缸采用聚四氟乙烯活塞环后实现了气缸无油润滑,阐明了改造中应注意事项和采取的办法,从而达到节能节油的目的。

This paper introduced the air cylinder of compressor in which the lubrication without oil could been realized with the help of using four fluorine ethylene as piston ring and paid special attention on the matters needing caution and the adopted measures in modification. Based on these efforts, the goal of the conservation of energy and oil had been finished.
