摘要
从住宅产业化的历史及概念谈起,结合国内外钢结构住宅体系的发展状况,对我国钢结构住宅产业化的现状进行了论述,分析了钢结构住宅体系的利弊,总结了我国发展钢结构住宅体系所面临的困难和问题,并指出了住宅产业化发展的必然趋势。
The paper discuses the history and the concept of housing industrialization. The present status of steel housing industrialization in China is described in terms of the development situations of steel housings both at home and abroad. The merits and demerits of steel housing are analysed. The difficulties and problerns of steel housing in China are generalized. The development trend of steel housing industrialization is indicated.
