“小康住宅”给排水设计初探

BRIEF ON WATER AND DRAINAGE DESIGN OF MODERATE INCOME HOUSING PROJECT

“小康住宅”是我国21世纪初叶欲普遍实现的城乡文明住宅标准.如何达到该水平?作者从厨卫设施、平面布局、水表设置、管线安装、新技术的应用及专业配合等方面做了具体的阐述,并介绍了福州市住宅示范小区工程的设计体会.

Moderate Income Housing Project (MIHP) will be a civil housing standard for rural and urban inhabitants of this country in the beginning of the 21st century. Aiming to realize this target the author of this paper demonstrated requirements in water and drainage design particularly in the fields of kitchen and sanitary equipments, plan layout) water meter and pipeline installation, adaptation of new techniques and compatibility with other subjects. The knowledges learned from designing the demonstrated MIHP in Fuzhou city are presented.
