对工程量清单与传统的定额计价进行了比较分析，介绍了工程量清单计价的特点和计价步骤，并结合中国国情说明在应用工程量清单计价中需注意的问题，以期在推广应用工程量清单计价的过程中能提供一定的参考。

Based upon comparative analysis of engineering bill pricing and traditional fixed quota pricing the characteristics and pricing steps of the former pricing mode are introduced. Combined with national conditions of China the problems deserved.attentions in application process are pointed out in order to provide references for practice.
