摘要
探讨了用面向对象建模技术构建建筑工程检测中房屋质量鉴定评级管理信息系统的可行性及方法。并以具体房屋为例，采用面向对象的建模技术进行了分析设计，在此基础上简要介绍了所构建系统的特点。
It discusses feasibility and method on building grade management information system for quality of house applying for modeling technology facing object, combined with specific house, it analyzes modeling technology and introduces characteristic of system simply.
