摘要
为了提高护理人员对护理安全及安全管理的认识,本文对护理安全和安全管理的重要性、影响护理安全的因素进行了讨论和分析,并提出了加强护理管理的对策。
In order to raise the level nf understanding of nursing safety and safety managcment for the vast nursing and the importance of nursing and managerial safely and factors that influence nursing safely are discussed and analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures of strengthening nursing management arc also put forward.
