摘要
本文探讨了降雨和外水位的遭遇关系,提出了基于波塔波夫频率组合原理的除涝设计标准确定方法.建立了刁汊湖区除涝系统优化规划的大系统分解-协调模型,用以确定该区各种方案的除涝工程布局、规模及其相应的费用等.然后,采用内涝积水量法计算了农业、渔业及乡镇企业等多方案的除涝效益.最后,以多年平均净效益现值、效益费用比及其增量等指标。
This paper is concentrated on the economic analysis of the design criterion for water logging control system first, the paper investigates the methods for determining warer control design criterion, which based on the principle of Popapov frequency combination. Then, it sets up a large scale system decomposition Coordination models for the optimization program of the water control system.Finally, the paper calculates the benefits of agriculture. fishing and rural enterprises by using the internal waterlog quantities methods. According to the annual mean net benefits and benefit-cost ratio etc. the optimum design criterion of water control can be obtained.
