摘要
目的探讨黄芩苷、黄连素在体外对阴道毛滴虫(TV)的杀灭作用。方法采用微量倍比稀释法分别测定黄芩苷、黄连素对6株TV临床虫株的最低致死浓度(MLC),并以甲硝唑作对比。结果黄芩苷、黄连素对6株TV临床虫株的MLC范围分别为0.125~0.5mg/mL和0.25~1.0mg/mL,MLC均数分别为0.229、0.417mg/mL,经统计学处理,两者的差异具有显著性(t=2.666,P<0.05);甲硝唑对6株TV临床虫株的MLC范围为10~40μg/mL,MLC均数为25μg/mL。结论黄芩苷、黄连素、甲硝唑在体外对TV均有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。
Objectives To explore the effects of Baicalin and Berberine against Trichomonas vaginalis(TV) in vitro. Methods The micro-double-diUution assay is used to measure the Minimal lethal concentration (MLC) of Baicalin and Berberine against 6 freshly isolated strains of TV, using metronidazole as control. Results MLC of Baicalin and Berberine against 6 isolated strains in vitro of TV ranges from 0.125 to 0.5 mg/mL and 0.25 to 1.0 mg/mL, respectively. The means of MLC are 0.229 mg/mL and 0.417mg/mL, respetively, with statistically significant difference (t=2.666, P〈0.05). MLC of metronidazole against 6 isolated strains of TV ranges from 10 to 40 μg/mL, and mean of MLC is 25 μg/mL. Conclusion Baicalin, Berberine and metronidazole could inhibit or inactivate the newly isolated strain of TV at distinct extent in vitro.
