高效液相色谱法测定轻身减肥片中原儿茶醛含量

Content Determination of Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Qingshenjianfei Tablets by HPLC

目的建立轻身减肥片中原儿茶醛的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,HypersilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(12∶88);检测波长280nm。结果原儿茶醛线性范围为0.05～0.60μg,平均加样回收率为100.49%,RSD=1.61%。结论方法可靠,简单可行,为控制轻身减肥片的内在质量提供了科学依据。

Objective To set up a method for determining the protocatechuic aldehyde in Qingshenjianfei tablets. Method HPLC method, Elite Hypcrsil C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） was used, mobile phase： Methanol-0.5% Acetic Acid Glacial （12 ： 88）, the detecting wavelength was at 280 nm. Result The standard curve was linear within a range of 0.05-0.60 μg, The average recovery and RSD were 100.49% and 1.61%. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, and can provide a scientific index for quality control of Qingshenjianfei Tablets.
