十三陵抽水蓄能电站建设管理的实践

摘要 十三陵抽水蓄能电站装机4×20万kW,由国家和北京市合资建设,是华北电力集团的“9511”工程之一。在工程建设中坚持改革.探索自己的路子,在管理工作中充分发挥建设单位的中心作用及总协调作用,使工程建设顺利进行,确保该电站一号机组于1995年底发电。这项工程地处风景区,地质条件复杂.分标多.干扰大.施工条件比较困难。由于建设管理、工程监理、承包单位的通力合作,克服了重重困难.取得了优异成绩。 Shisanling Pumped-storage Power Plant with an installed capacity of 4×200 MW is one of the 9511-programin Beijing, which is being constructed jointly by the State and Beijing City governments. In the project construction.the reform have been insisted on and the suitable construction ways have been explored. And in the project management, the central and general coordination role of construction unit have been fully brought into play. All thesemake the project construction smoothly and ensure the No. 1 generating unit of the plant to generate power by theend of 1995. Because this project is located in the scenic spot with a complex geological condition. alot of sub-contracts and big disturbance, the construction of this project is very difficult. with the concerted efforts by construction management unit, project achievements have been reached.
