摘要
三峡利源发展公司承监十三陵抽水蓄能电站地下工程，计４８个洞室，开挖长度近１３ｋｍ，合建安投资３亿元。利源公司的监理机制、监理工作具有自身的特色。实践证明监理制是有生命力的；监理实行项目法管理是一种较好的形式，坚持公正、科学、求实的监理原则实效显著。
tunnel chambers, about 13 km of excavation length and 300 million RMB of the total investment for construction and installation in the underground projects of Shisanling Pumped-storage Power Plant were supervisedby Sanxia Liyuan Development Company. The company has its own characteristics of supervising mechanism andsupervising method. It has showed that the Supervising mechanism is feasible and the supervision by projectmethod management is a good way. The supervising principles of fairness, science and down-to earth approachcould reach a significant achievement.
