摘要
本文根据近几年的数十篇文献资料,介绍涉及食品安全的各种检测技术,许多食品安全项目正越来越侧重于从农田到餐桌的整个过程,食品安全检测面临着严峻的挑战。
According to many literatures in recent years, this article introduces all kinds of monitoring technologies about foods safety. Many projects of foods safety are paying attention to the whole process from field to table. Foods safety is faced with serious challenge today.
