摘要
以时间序列与模态分析为基础,研究了电阻点焊过程中的电极振动信号特征,建立了点焊过程中的电极加速度信号的振动方程,通过建立自回归AR(n)模型计算了阻尼比、振动模态的角频率和自回归功率谱函数,并将计算结果与实际熔核质量检验结果进行对照分析.结果表明,阻尼比、振动模态的角频率和自回归功率谱函数与熔核质量有较强的相关性,可以作为铝合金点焊质量判别的特征量并且区分点焊的不同焊接工况.
In order to investigate the electrode signal of spot welding, vibration equation of electrode acceleration signal was established with the method of time series and vibration mode analysis. The damping ratio, angular frequency of vibration mode and auto regression power spectrum function were calculated by establishing AR(n) model. Comparison analysis of the calculated results and the actual nugget show that there is relatively high correlation among the damping ratio, angular frequency of vibration mode, auto regression power spectrum function and the nugget quality. These parameters can be used as the eigenvalue in the quality evaluation of spot welding.
