摘要
在装有在线小角激光散射装置的密炼机中研究了乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)在聚丙烯(PP)中的相分散过程.利用表征相结构的光散射参数,即积分不变量,表征了体系的分散均匀性与剪切速率的关系,表明在PP/POE 体系相分散过程中明显存在体系均匀性剧烈波动阶段、均匀性迅速提高阶段和均匀性稳定阶段.不同剪切速率影响3个阶段所对应的时间分布.剪切速率为80 s^(-1)时,POE在PP中达到良好的分散,与扫描电镜照片分析结果相吻合.
Dispersing processes of poly(octene-l-ethylene) (POE) in polypropylene(PP) matrix were investigated in a mixer with on-line small-angle laser light scattering (SALLS) equipment. The light scattering parameter, integral invariant, was applied to describing the relationship between uniformity of blends and shear rate during mixing process. The results indicate that dispersing processes of PP/POE dual-component blends consist of three periods. At the beginning, the blends uniformity is drastically fluctuating. In the following period, the blends uniformity is sharply rising. Finally, the blends uniformity is tending to be steady. The time of the three periods varies with different shear rates. POE is well dispersed in PP matrix at the shear rate of 80 s ^-1. The results of SALLS agree well with those from scanning electric microscopy.
