摘要
本文通过实验及BOD动力学方程对胜利油田孤六、孤一联采油废水的可生化性进行了研究。研究结果表明:采油废水的生化氧化速度常数k值较小,生化氧化速度m值不高,说明采油废水生化处理速度慢,反应时间长;BOD5/COD大于0.3,CODnb/COD小于0.5,说明采油废水的可生化性尚好,氧化彻底。生化法是处理采油废水的较好方法。
This paper presents the biochemical capacity of wastewater from oil production by experimenting with kinetic equation of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) on the wastewater from oil production in guyi and guliu of Shengli Oilfield . The result is that the k constant of the biochemical oxidation rate of the wastewater is relatively small, and its m value is also not high, which proves that the speed of biochemical treatment of the wastewater is slow, the time for reaction is long; that the BOD/COD is more than 0. 3, and the CODnb/COD is less than 0. 5, which shows the biochemical capacity of wastewater is still good, the wastewater biochemically oxidized is relatively thorough. All above show that biochemical process is a very good method of making the wastewater from oil production.
