清江隔河岩水利本枢纽导流隧洞封堵闸门及启闭机设计

摘要 清江隔河岩水利枢纽在导流隧洞入口处布置封堵闸门及启闭机械,封堵闸门设置两套支承装置,弹性定轮支承用于封堵闸门的下沉封堵和事故提升,钢滑块支承挡水。闸门为双吊点,启闭容量为2×1600kN,启闭机由2台建筑固定卷扬机组成,无机械同步轴。为使双吊点同步,2台卷扬机设集控、单控、点动等3种控制方式,并采用高度指示器指示和人工监控两种方法,封堵一次成功。 At the entrance of the Geheyan Project'S diversion tunnel,the gate and hoist for its plugging are placed.The gate is provided with a suit of elastic fixed wheels and a suit of steel sliding blocks.The former is used for supporting the gate during its normal lowering and emergency hoisting, and the latter for supporting the gate when subjected to the water load.The gate has two lifting eyes,each with lifting capacity of 1600kN.The hoist consists of two winches,without mechanically synchronous shaft. In order to synchronize two lifting eyes,the two winches are provided with three kinds of control devices,or integral,single and point-moving control ones, with both height indicator and artificial supervision adopted,which result in a success of the diversion tunnel plugging on its first plugging.
