1-(取代苄基)-N-取代基-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰胺的合成及抗惊厥活性 被引量：2

摘要 取代氯苄与叠氮钠反应得取代苄基叠氮,再与丙炔酸乙酯环合和酰胺化得13个1-(取代苄基)-N-取代基-1,2,3-三唑-4-甲酰胺衍生物3a-3m．产物经IR,1H-NMR,MS及元素分析确证了结构．采用最大电惊厥法,测定了13个化合物的抗惊厥活性．结果显示,所合成的化合物均有不同程度的抗惊厥活性．其中,苄基环上引入氯原子时,抗惊厥作用显著降低;而引入1个或2个氟原子时,抗惊厥活性显著增强．侧链酰胺氮上有取代基时,抗惊厥活性降低,且其取代基越大活性越低．
