摘要 目的:探讨BPH并膀胱结石的更为有效的治疗方法。方法:采用等离子体双极电切联合弹道碎石治疗32例BPH并膀胱结石患者。结果:32例均一次治疗成功,手术时间50~180min,平均90min,术后3~5天拔除尿管,排尿通畅,无电切综合征、膀胱穿孔等并发症。25例随访3个月~1年,国际前列腺症状评分由术前(25.3±6.2)分下降至术后(6.5±0.8)分,术后复查最大尿流率均〉15ml/s。结论:等离子体双极电切联合弹道碎石镜是一种治疗BPH并膀胱结石微创而有效的治疗方法。 Objeetive: To explore the effectiveness of the combined use of plasmakinetic bipolar vaporized resectoscope with trajectory lithotriptoscope for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with bladder stones. Methods: GYRUS plasmakinetic bipolar vaporized resectoscope and HAWK PDS-Ⅱ Trajectory lithotriptoscope were concomitantly performed on 32 patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones. Results : Of all cases, BPH with bladder stones were successfully treated in one operation. Operative time ranged from 50 - 180min, average time 90min. No paitent experience TUR syndrome or bladder rupture, All the patients had normal micturation after urethal catheter was with drawn 3-5 days later. The 25 patients followed up for 3 months to lyear. IPSS decreased from 25.3±6.2 to 6.5±0. 8 ,The maximum flow rate(MFR) was over 15.0 ml/s in all the postoperative. Conclusions:The combined use of plasmakinetic bipolar vaporized resectoscope with trajectory lithotriptoscope is a minimum invasion and effective treatment for BPH with bladder stones.
