中等强度体育舞蹈对更年期妇女雌激素及血脂水平的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察中等强度体育舞蹈对更年期妇女雌激素水平和血脂代谢的影响。方法:选择2004-08/2005-02北京科技大学健康的在职女教师60人,更年期年龄设定为45~50岁,平均(47.4±2.9)岁,均自愿参加。体质量指数16.2~28.9kg/m2。排除高血脂、高血压及应用雌激素者。受试者分为运动组(n=38)和对照组(n=22)。对运动组进行为期6个月的中等强度体育舞蹈锻炼,运动处方包括3部分:准备活动阶段、正式运动阶段和整理活动阶段。运动方式为中等强度的体育舞蹈运动至少30min(不包括准备活动和整理活动),舞蹈的形式有交际舞、健身操舞蹈,交替进行,运动时的心率控制在110次/min,每次至少进行10min正式运动,运动频率每周五六天。另外,准备活动和整理活动根据各人爱好自行选择,准备活动时间10min,整理活动时间5~10min。由专人每2周走访调查,并进行专门指导、适当调整运动强度。对照组只保持原来日常生活活动。实验前后分别测定两组雌二醇、孕酮和三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果:纳入更年期妇女60人,均进入结果分析。运动组于运动后雌二醇、孕酮明显升高[运动前后分别为(146.35±45.23)pmol/L,(1.47±0.74)nmol/L,(167.96±46.12)pmol/L,(1.79±0.96)nmol/L],三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显下降[运动前后分别为(1.73±0.65),(4.54±0.95),(3.16±1.15)mmol/L,(1.22±0.46),(3.49±1.25),(2.06±1.14)mmol/L],高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显提高[运动前后分别为(1.64±0.35),(2.04±0.35)mmol/L],与运动前及对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。运动后雌二醇与三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈明显负相关(r=-0.71,-0.52,-0.65),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无相关性。结论:中等强度的体育舞蹈锻炼可有效刺激升高雌激素水平并改善血脂水平,预防更年期慢性病的发生。 AIM: To observe the influence of dancesport of moderate intensity on the levels of estrogen and metabolism of blood lipid in the peri-menopausal women. METHODS: Sixty healthy on-the-job female teachers with body mass index of 16.2-28.9 kg/m^2 were selected from Beijing University of Science and Technology between August 2004 and February 2005.The perimenopausal age was defined as 45-50 years with the average of (47.4±2.9) years old, and they all voluntarily participated in the experiment. Those with hyperlipidemia and hypertension and those took estrogen were excluded. All the subjects were divided into exercise group (n=38) and control group (n=22). The 6-month dancespert of moderate intensity were given in the exercise group, and the exercise prescription consisted of three parts: wanning-up, formal exercise and warming-down phases. The exercise was performed for at least 30 minutes with the pattero of dancespert of moderate intensity (excluding wanning-up and wanning-down), and the dancing were conducted alternatively of social dance and body-building exercise, with the heart rate was kept at 110 beats per minute during the exercise. The formal exercise was lasted for at least 10 minutes each time, and the frequency was 5 or 6 days every week. Besides, the wanning-up and wanning-down exercises were chose according to the individual preference with the durations for warming-up and warming-down were 10 and 5-10 minutes respectively. The subjects were interviewed and investigated every two weeks by special people, who instructed the subjects professionally and adjusted moderately the exercise intensity. The original activities of daily life (ADL) were maintained in the control group only. Before and after the experiment, the estradiol, gestone, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipeprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipeprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected in both groups. RESULTS: All the 60 peri-menopausal women were involved in the result analysis. In the exercise group, the estradiol and gestone were obviously increased after.exercise [(146.35±45.23) pmol/L, (1.47±0.74) nmol/L; (167.96±46.12) pmol/L, (1.79±0.96) nmol/L] while TG, TC and LDL-C were obviously decreased [(1.73±0.65), (4.54±0.95), (3.16±1.15) retool/L; (1.22±0.46), (3.49±1.25), (2.06±1.14) mmol/L], and the level of HDL-C was obviously increased [(1.64±0.35), (2.04±0.35) mmol/L], which were all significantly different from those before exercise and those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). After exercise, estradiol had obviously negative correlations with TG, TC and LDL-C (r=-0.71, -0.52, -0.65), but it was not correlated with HDL-C. CONCLUSION: Dancespert of moderate intensity can effectively stimulate the increase of estrogen levels, ameliorate the levels of blood lipids, and prevent the occurrence of peri-menopausal chronic disease.
