摘要 目的:综合分析运动和生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1990-01/2005-05有关运动、生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的文献,检索词“GH、insulin-likegrowthfactor-Ⅰ、exercise”,限定文章语言种类为English。资料选择:共检索到180篇文献,对资料进行初审,选择运动与生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴关系的文章,包括动物实验和人体实验。排除重复研究。资料提炼:经过分析选取34篇文章,其中12篇符合纳入标准作为参考文献,排除22篇重复文章。资料综合:一次急性运动后人血中生长激素浓度即刻显著升高,而循环中的胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ浓度升高不大或不变。耐力运动或长期的力量练习增加运动中和安静时生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的活性,但各研究结果不同。抗阻力训练对训练后安静状态下的生长激素水平无明显影响,而耐力运动员安静状态下的血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ浓度高于一般正常人。目前有关运动与生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的关系还不完全明了。结论:生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴与运动关系密切。运动可以影响生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴各激素的血清水平,生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的活性能够影响运动能力。目前运动影响生长激素/胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ轴的作用途径仍是研究热点。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between exercise and the growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ (IGF- Ⅰ ) axis. DATA SOURCES: The relevant articles about sport, GH and IGF- Ⅰ axis published between January 1990 and May 2005 were searched in Medline with the keywords of "GH, insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ, exercise" in English. STUDY SELECTION: Totally 180 literatures were retrieved. After primary search of data, the articles about the association between exercise and the growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ axis were selected, including the study of both animal experiment and human basic research. Articles on repeated experiments were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: After analyzing, totally 34 articles were collected, Among them, 12 papers were included as references and 22 papers were excluded duo to repeated experiments. DATA SYNTHESIS: After acute exercise the concentration of GH had been markedly increased immediately and the circulating IGF-Ⅰ levels only slightly increased or no change, Endurance exercise and chrinic strength exercise increased the activity of the GH/IGF- Ⅰ system both at rest and during exercise, but there were some discrepancies among some studies. Resistance training did not apparently affect resting concentrations of GH, whereas resistance-trained men had been shown to have higher resting IGF-Ⅰ concentrations than untrained men. The relationship between exercise and GH/IGF- Ⅰ axis was incompletely clear at present. CONCLUSION: GH/IGF-Ⅰ axis has a very close relationship with exercise. Exercise can affect the serum level of the hormones in the GH/ IGF-Ⅰ axis, The activity of GH/IGF-Ⅰ axis can affect the exercise performance. The mechanism by which exercise affects activity of the GH/ IGF- Ⅰ axis is still the key point of research.
