摘要
目的:观察异常应力干预对兔颈软骨终板超微结构的影响。方法:采用屈颈固定的方法,建立实验性兔颈椎间盘退变模型,20只成年新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照组与模型组,于3个月后处死动物,应用透射电镜观察异常应力对兔颈软骨终板超微结构的影响。结果:正常对照组中软骨终板显示大量呈椭圆形的正常软骨细胞结构,空泡变性细胞少见,胶原纤维排列紧密整齐;模型组中软骨终板显示空泡变性软骨细胞数目增多,出现大量固缩软骨细胞,甚至溶解消失,胶原纤维排列极不规整,甚为松散,出现大量胶原溶解。结论:通过影响软骨终板营养途径,可能是异常应力干预引起或加剧椎间盘退变的主要机制之一。
Objective: To observe effects of the abnormal stress intervention on the ultratructure of cervical cartilage endplate in rabbits. Methods: By use of the rabbit model of cervical disc degeneration induced by changing the normal stress distribution of the cervical spine, twenty adult rabbits are divided into two groups: normal control group and model group, and are killed in three months, and observing the effects of the abnormal stress distribution on the ultrastructure of cervical cartilage endplate by transmission electron microscopy. Results: Cartilage endplate in normal control group show lots of oval cartilage cells of normal structure, little cartilage cells of denaturation and compactness and regularity of collagen arrangement, and in the model group show lots of cartilage cells of denaturation and contraction, little cartilage cells of solution, loosing and irregularity of collagens arrangement and solution of lots of collagens. Conclusions:Disfunction of nutrition channel on cartilage endplate caused by abnormal stress intervention may be one of the main mechanisms on cervical disc degeneration.
