摘要
目的:研究反“卓别林”步态锻炼防治股骨头坏死的生物力学机制。方法:建立髋关节三维有限元模型,计算关节反力,将合力加载于模型,应用Sap-93软件分析股骨头不同部位受力情况。结果:在反“卓别林”步态位时,股骨头负重面及锥形负重区受力显著减小(P<0.01),负重面内、后侧受力显著减小(P<0.01)。结论:采用反“卓别林”步态可以显著减小股骨头的负荷,可作为股骨头坏死患者功能锻炼的有效方法。
Objective:To study the mechanism of biomechanics on the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head with Anti-Chaplin gait.Methods:We constitute the Three-dimensional-finite-element model of hip joint,calculate the resultant force,and load the force on the model,Analysis the dynam of the femoral head with Sap-93 software.Results:The force on the surface of femoral head and taper region is minished.The force on the medial and posterial side of the surface of femoral head is also minished.Conclusions:The load on the surface of femoral head is minished notabily in the State of Anti-Chaplin.gait.It is an available method treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head with Anti-Chaplin grit.
