复杂性区域疼痛综合征,目前尚不大为医师们所熟悉。本文介绍有关其名称、分类、流行病学等,重点在如何为需手术的患者选择适当措施预防或减少术后复发本综合征。

Complex regional pain syndrome （CRPS）, previously known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy（RSD）, is not well recognized yet among physieions at present. This review introduces its terminology, classification and epidemiology, and especially emphasize on choosing an appropriate management for patients underwent surgery, for preventing or decreasing the recurrence of CRPS postoperatively.
