摘要 通过机构分析和仿形过程的模拟计算,论证了中耕机五杆仿形机构的特点和性能。分析表明,在上坡或下坡后沟底曲线的逼近曲线的渐近线为设计耕深线,耕深曲线仅与仿形轮至后踵的距离和铲尖至后踵的距离有关,机构设计应满足总仿形量的要求。论述了基础四杆机构对仿形机构性能的影响,认为以采用双播杆机构较为适宜。 The mechanism characteristic and property of five-bar contour following mechanism for cultivator is demonstrated by mechanism analysis and simulated calculation on the contour following process.The analysis shows that after following on single slop,the asymptote of the approximate curve of furrow bottom curve is the working depth line of design.The furrow bottom curve is only related to two parameters(distance from the gage wheel to the heal and distance from the share tip to the heal).The design of mechanism has to satisfy the demand of total contour following demension.The effect of parameters of basic four-bar mechanism for property has been discussed.Authors consider that employing a double rocker mechanism is fitter.
