摘要
借鉴发达国家的家禽屠宰加工原则和标准,结合我国现状,概述了家禽屠宰加工厂的工程设计要求和作业规范,为家禽屠宰加工厂的合理规划与设计,以及加工生产的规范化提供依据。
Drawing on the experience of the poultry slaughter principle and standard from developed countries and being in the light of China's conditions,the engineering design requirement and operation norm of poultry processing plants are summarized.It can be available for reference to the rational plan and design of poultry processing plants,as well as,poultry meat processing normalization.
