肩锁关节全脱位的三种术式疗效比较

Curative Effect of Three Operative Methods for Full Acromioclavicular Dislocation

目的:比较锁骨钩钢板、克氏针张力带钢丝、加压螺丝钉内固定治疗肩锁关节全脱位的临床疗效。方法:136例AllmanⅢ度肩锁关节全脱位病例手术治疗147例次,患者分成三组,分别行锁骨钩钢板(34例)、克氏针张力带钢丝(50例)、加压螺丝钉(63例)内固定治疗,比较三组的并发症发生率和疗效。结果:三组的并发症发生率分别为:5.9%、22.0%、39.7%,优良率分别为:97.1%、78.0%、60.3%,两两X2检验P<0.05。结论:锁骨钩钢板是目前治疗肩锁关节全脱位最优选的方法。

Objective： To compare the effect of three internalfixation methods including clavicular hook plate, Kirschner wire and bolt for treatment of full acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods： 136 cases with full acromioclavicular dislocation were divided into three groups and respectively received internal fixation of clavicular hook plate, Kirschner wire and bolt. The effect and comphcation of patients in three groups were compared by retrospective analysis. Results：The incidences of complication in three groups were 5.9% ,22.0% and 39.7% respectively.The rates of excellent plus good were 97.1% ,78.0% and 60.3% respectively. Chisquare test showed significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fixation with clavicular hook plate is the most satisfactory method for full acromioclavieular dislocation.
