HACCP体系应用于聚烯烃类食品软包装的管理,进行了危害分析;确定了关键控制点;建立了关键控制点的临界范围和监控体系;提出了校正措施。HACCP是一个系统工程,全体员工协调工作,各部门密切配合,能取得比较显著的效果。
Application of HACCP system on polyalkenes soft packaging for food was introduced including Harm Analysis, and Critical Control Point analysis. The critical range and inspection system for critical point control was established and the CCP determined. Relevant countermeasure was put forward. It was put forward that HACCP is system engineering, and require all employee to work coordinately, each section to cooperate closely, to obtain the anticipant result.
