摘要 目的重建人体上呼吸道三维模型,研究人体上呼吸道内的气体流动状况。方法基于志愿者CT医学图像,用表面重建的方法对人体上呼吸道进行三维重建并用有限元方法对整个腔体中的气体流动进行数值模拟及分析。结果建立了人体上呼吸道的三维有限元模型,从数值模拟结果可以得到人体呼吸过程中气体流场在整个腔体中的分布。结论所建模型较真实地反映了实际解剖结构形态,数值模拟结果对临床上呼吸道解剖结构与功能相关疾病的诊断、发病机理的深入探讨具有参考价值。 Objective To reconstruct a 3D model of upper airway and investigate characteristics of airflow in upper airway. Method Based on CT medical images of volunteers, a 3D model of upper airway was reconstructed by the method of surface rendering. And numerical simulation of the airflow in the whole cavity was performed by using the finite elements method (FEM). Result A 3D FEM of upper airway was formed. From the results of the numerical simulation, airflow distribution in the whole cavity in the course of respiration was obtained. Conclusion It is comparatively true that the established model reflects the real anatomical configuration. The results of numerical simulation are useful for studying the pathogenesis and diagnosing the diseases related to the anatomical structure and function of upper airway.
