甘宁黄土高原阿拉善黄鼠鼠疫疫源地鼠疫菌的基因分型研究 被引量:1

Genomic typing of strains of Y.pestis from Spermophilus dauricua alaschanicus Plague Focus of the Loess Plateau in Gansu and Ningxia provinces

摘要 目的研究我国甘宁黄土高原阿拉善黄鼠鼠疫疫源地鼠疫菌的基因分型。方法根据已经证实的22个DFR(差异区段)设计引物,每株鼠疫菌的每个DFR都采用PCR技术进行验证。结果17株甘宁黄土高原疫源地鼠疫菌株共包括3个基因型,即7、11和13型。7、11和13型所占比例分别为5.9%(117)、5.9%(117)和88.2%(1517)。结论我国甘宁黄土高原阿拉善黄鼠鼠疫疫源地鼠疫菌的基因型主要为13型,而且13型是该疫源地鼠疫菌所特有的基因型。 Objective Genomics of 17 strains of Y.pestis from Spermophilus dauricua alaxchanicus Plague Focus of the Loess Plateau in Gansu and Ningxia provinces were analyzed in order to study the genetic diversity of Y.pestis. Methods Primer pairs targeting the 22 DFRs were designed for detecting the genomic types in the strains from Spermophilus dauricua alaschanicus Plague Focus of the Loess Plateau in Gansu and Ningxia provinces. Results Three types of genomovar in 17 strains of Y. pestis were identified as genomovar 7, 11and13. The distribution of genomovar 7, 11 and 13 was 5.9%(1/17), 5.9%(1/17) and 88.2%(15/17), respectively. Conchusion The main and specific genomic type in strains of Y.pestis from Spermophilus dauricua alaschanicus Plague Focus of the Loess Plateau in Gansu and Ningxia provinces is genomovar 13.
