摘要
论述了进行离合器压簧可靠性优化设计的必要性,分析了压簧疲劳强度与静强度的统计数字特征,建立了压簧的可靠性优化设计数学模型,并以EQ140离合器压簧为实例进行了计算,其结果令人十分满意。
This paper discusses the necessity of designing the clutch-pressing spring with the method of reliability and optimum design, analyses the characteristics of the statistic digit of fatigue and static strength of the clutch-pressing spring,and establishes the mathematical model of reliability and optimum design of the clutch-pressing spring.For example the clutch-pressing spring for EQ140 is calculated. The result is satisfactory.
