摘要
目的合成食品添加剂双乙酸钠.方法用醋酸、固体氢氧化钠为原料无溶剂法合成双乙酸钠.结果最佳工艺条件为:醋酸、氢氧化钠投料摩尔比2.05~2.15∶1,反应时间2 h,反应温度110~120 ℃,产品收率达到97%以上.结论质量符合联合国粮农组织FAO和世界卫生组织WHO双乙酸钠食品添加剂质量标准.
Objective: To synthesize sodium diaeetate of the food additive. Methods: Sodium diacetate was synthesized with acetic acid and sodium hydrate with tool ratio of 2.05- 2.15:1. Under reaction temperrature of 110- 120℃, the reaction time was 2 hours. Results: The productive rate was up to 97%. Condusion:The quality of this synthesized sodium diacetate measures up the additive agent standards of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
