包头地区寻常型银屑病与HLA-DRB1*07等位基因的相关性研究

The Interrelated research between HLA-DRB1*07 allele and psoriasis vulgaris in the han nationality in Baotou

目的探讨包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者与HLA-DRB1*07等位基因的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异引物(PCR-SSP)法,检测60例寻常型银屑病患者及80名健康对照者的等位基因频率,并相互比较。结果①HLA-DRB1*07与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者具有明显的相关性(P<0.01,OR=2.72)②HLA-DRB1*07在Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型寻常银屑病患者中分布无差异(χ2=0.16,P>0.05)。结论HLA-DRB1*07可能是寻常型银屑病易感基因或与易感基因相连锁。

Objective：To study the interrelationship between HLA-DRB1 ＊ 07 allele and genetic susceptibility to psoriasis vulgaris（pv） in the Hart nationality in Baotou. Methods： With high-resolution polymerase chain reaction amplification with sequence specific primers（PCR - SSP）, we detected the distribution frequencies of HLA- DRB1 ＊ 07 allele among 60 cases with pv and 80 healthy controls and compared. Results： ① HLA- DRB1 ＊ 07 allele was markedly correlated with psoriasis vulgaris from Baotou （ P 〈 0.01 , OR = 2.72 ） ; ② There is no difference of distribution between cases with typeI and typelI psoriasis vulgaris （ X^2 = 0.16 P〉0.05）. Conclusion ： HLA - DRB1 ＊ 07 may be a susceptible gene or it may have close link with the susceptible gene in psoriasis vulgaris.
