摘要
采用机电一体化技术对查找磨削ＥＱ１５３扭杆共线齿设备进行了改造设计，并对该机电装置的特点进行了分析；其控制系统已调试通过。
This paper improves the design of the equipment for finding and grinding the gears on the same line of EQ153 torsion-shaft by integrated electrified machinery and electronics. The feasibility of the electromechanical device has been expounded and proved.The software has been debugged on the MCS51 DB single board computer.
