摘要
研究了锰、硫及保温时间对灰铸铁组织和性能的影响。其结果表明,在中频炉熔化条件下,一定的锰、硫含量以及保温时间,能获得灰铸铁较理想的石墨形态和共晶团数量,白口倾向较小,抗拉强度较高,硬度适中。
The effect of Mn,S and insulating time on structure and properties of gray cast iron has been analyzed.The results show that,a certain Mn. S contents and insulating time can gain better graphite forms and the number of eutectic cell,smaller chill tendency, higher tensile strength and moderate hardness under the conditions of midfrequency electric furnace.
