摘要 从分析0.3~0.5mm不锈钢薄板钨极氩弧焊对接焊缝质量入手,提出了避免烧穿的新措施。除选定合适的焊接参数并保持其稳定外,关键是防止焊接过程熔池前间隙过大,或因失稳变形产生隆起和错边,这要求装配时起弧端尽可能无间隙,而在接缝末端有1.5~2mm的楔形间隙;焊接过程熔池前方始终保持小于0.05mm的间隙。 New measures are presented to avoid burn-through. Through the technique of tungsten pole-angon are welding butt weld.This method follows the quality control practice of the stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.3~0.5 mm.It has been shown that except for welding parameters and their stability,the key points are to control the front gap of molten pool during the welding process and to control the ridge and malposition of welding plates due to unstable deformation.For this reason,it is necessary to minimize the gap of are-starting end,to give a gap of 1.5~2.0 mm at the end of the butts,as well as to keep a gap less than 0.05 mm in the front of molten pool on the welding process.
