This article introduced the development course and major technical principle of microwave chemistry instrument, it especially introduced characteristics and working principle of microwave sample preparation instrument, including control of temperature, pressure and microwave power as well as safety protection functions. This is a successful story of utilizing existing resource and developing "Made In China" instrument with own intellectual properties
