摘要 应用V(Ⅴ)-DPCO-CTMAB显色体系测定了聚烯烃树脂中微量钒,详细考查了测定条件,建立了测定聚烯烃树脂中微量钒的新方法。配合物的最大吸收波长位于540nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.48×104L/(moL.cm),钒含量在0-27μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。以盐酸羟胺和硫脲作掩蔽剂消除Fe3+、Cu2+的干扰。实际样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于5%;加标回收率为95.1%-104.2%。方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于聚烯烃树脂中微量钒的测定。 The vanadium(V) in polyene resins is determined by V(V )-DPCO-CTMAB system .Analytical conditions are investigated and a new method for the determination of trace vanadium in polyene resins is established .The maximum absorption lies in 540 nm and apparent Molar absorption coefficient is 4.48 × 10^4 L/ (mol.cm).Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0- 27.5ug/25ml for vanadium. The interference of Fe^3+, Cu^2+ can be eliminated using hydroxy amino hydrochloric acid and sulfoura as masking agents. The relative standard deviation is less than 5% .The recovery rate of sample containing normal sample ranged from 95.1% to 104.2%.The results show that the method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and suitable to determining trace vanadium in polyene resins.
