Study on Seepage of Cast Cylinder Using 0-1 Regression Method

对缸体铸件的渗漏问题进行了数理统计分析,建立了渗漏与碳量、硅量、石墨长度、共晶团数等6个主要因素的关系的数学模型,定量分析了各因素对渗漏的影响,介绍了预报和控制方法,并讨论了应用这些数学方法时应注意的问题。

Mathematically statistical analysis is made on seepage problems of cast cylinders. Mathematical model of the correlation between seepage and the six main factors:carbon amount,silicon amount,graphite length,number of cells,et al,has been built.The effect of every factor on seepage is analysed quantitatively.Forecast and control methods are intro- duced and some problems on using these mathematical methods are discussed.
