Evaluation of Two Methods for Precipitation Forecasting

本文建立两种雨量预报方案的评价模型。首先,给出对两种方案在观测站点处数据的插值,计算出第一,第二种方案预报雨量与实测雨量的平均相对误差,分别为1.15mm,1.16mm。

This paper gives an evaluation for two precipitation forecasting methods. Firstly, the paper gives forecasting rain fall vales at the observing sites by interpolation. Then,it gives the average relative errors of the two given forecasting values with the observed ones. These errors are 1.157mm and 1.161mm respectively.
