现阶段新疆农民收入增长缓慢的原因分析与对策

Analyses and Countermeasures on the Slow Increasing of the Peasants' Income in Contemporary Xinjiang

新疆农民收入现阶段增速趋缓,除了宏观经济环境的影响和客现条件的制约外,主要原因是新时期发展阶段各种矛盾因素突正所致。本文通过分析影响我区农民收入增长缓慢的主要因素,为更好地构建和谐农村提出了对策与建议。

Besides the influence of the overall economic environment and the restraint of the objective conditions, the main reason which leads to the slow increasing of the peasants＇ income in Xinjiang must be lying in the various emerging eontradictions during the developing period of the new era. With the effort of analyzing the essential reasons that may influence the peasants＇ income in Xinjiang, this article proposed some countermeasures and proposals in well building a harmonious countryside.
