Analysis On the Problems of Providing the State Loans to Students in Xinjiang

本文就发展国家助学贷款中出现的问题进行了初步探讨,从银行、学校、学生个人这三方面对其成因做了深入的分析,提出了通过对高校学生加强诚信教育、建立全国个人信用信息征信系统、制订相关的法律和法规等对策来推动国家助学贷款良性发展。

The article probed into the problems which keep on emerging in the development of the state loans to the students. It covered the three aspects in details as follows： the hank, the shool and the students and, in the end the article pointed out the way how we can push forward the positive aspects of developing state loam to students by strenghening the education of credit to students setting up nationalwide credit information system and making some laws and regulations aobut it.
