摘要
提出了悬挂犁水平面内瞬心影响动态分析的计算方法。假设犁侧板受土壤的侧向支承力与压入深度成正比,建立力学模型。根据虚功原理和机构环路建立非线性方程组,计算出处于平衡状态的位置参数。应用实例分析了瞬心夹角β变化(2.5~50°)对侧向支承力 F_I 与偏转力矩 M_T 的影响。计算结果表明,在β≤20°范围内,F_I 和 M_T 有较大的变化,在β≥20°以后,F_I 与 M_T 逐渐下降。由此获得了对水平面内瞬心影响的更全面的认识。
The calculating algorithm of dynamic analysis on influence of the level instanta- neous center(LIC)of mounted plow is developed.Assuming the lateral support force being proportional to press-in depth of the landside,the mechanical model is established.Based on theory of imaginary work and mechanism loop,the nonlinear equations are formulated and the position parameters of mechanism in balance condition can be calculated.The results calculated show that in the range of the included angle of LIC<or=20 degrees,lateral support force and the deflective torque have lager variation,in the range of the included an- gle>or=20 degrees the lageral support force and the deflective torque gradnally fall down. A more comprehensive knowledge of influence of the LIC has been obtained.
