摘要
介绍了影响阳极氧化铝膜的因素,实验发现,反应温度、反应介质(酸)的种类以及电压对膜的构型有直接影响。由于电场的助溶作用,膜的厚度随温度的升高而先升高而后逐渐降低。由于反应介质酸的溶解能力不同,强酸生成的膜孔径不均匀,弱酸或加入表面活性剂的介质生成的膜孔径均匀。膜的孔径大小与电压大小成正比。
This paper studied the factors affecting on the growth of anodic alumina membrane. From the study, we can see that the type of acid, the voltage and reacting temperature can influence the membrane's growth. The study shows that thickness of the membrane increase firstly and then decrease with the temperature's raise for the assistant dissolve effect of electric field. Because of differentdissolving ability from each acid, diameter surface of membrane produced by strengthen acid is not uniformity, but it is uniformity for the membrane produced by infirmness acid or acid with surface activities. The diameter is direct with the voltage.
