取代肼与α、β不饱和醛酮的反应机理探究

摘要 就α、β不饱和醛酮与取代肼的反应机理探究对目前教科书中几种不同说法提出了新的看法,即在一定条件下α、β不饱和醛酮与取代肼的反应也可以是1、4加成为主,苯取代烷基的氮原子进攻β位的烯碳原子,反应的中间体可以分离和观察到,所以这个多中心反应的主要途径和反应产物与反应条件和反应物的结构密切相关。 A new explanation is given to the different descriptions of the reaction mechanism of A、B unsaturated aldehyde ketone and in the present textbook. That is: under certain circumstance the reaction of A、B unsaturated aldehyde ketone and substituted hydrazines can be mainly 1,4 addition, when benzene substitutes the azote atoms in alkyl to attack the atoms of olefinic carbon, the intermediate of the reaction can be separated and observed. Therefore, in this multi -centered reaction, the main approaches and the products are closely connected with the conditions and the structures of the reaction.
