中国环境问题的症结与对策

Sticking point and Countermeasure of Environmental problems in China

近几年,中国政府为保护环境投入了大量的人力物力,取得了一些成绩,但环境状况不断恶化的趋势没有得到根本性的遏制。与发达国家人口、环保投入等情况的比较分析结果表明,中国环境问题的症结在于目前体制中存在的责任缺失。本文指出了四个层次的责任缺失并提出解决中国环境问题的对策与措施。

Lots of manpower and material resources was thrown into protecting environment, and achieved in some field to some extent, but the exasperate trend of environment was not prevented fundamentally. The population, investment of environmental preservation and other things were compared and analyzed between china with other countries. The results showed that duty default was the sticking point of environmental problems in China. 4 levels of duty default in china environmental preservation were pointed out, and innovation measures was put for ward.
